Concord Skills and Training (Salestalk) is a recognised leader in the field and has years of experience in dealing with SETAs, and is very well acquainted with the general criteria and methodology required by them, and has a proven track record with both small and large business enterprises.

The strategic objective is to identify the needs of stakeholders and individuals in order to affect meaningful training for employees as a human resource development that will enhance productivity and strengthen the economy. Continuous training and re-assessment is a legal requirement, and therefore imperative!

The various laws that govern labour and employment have been studied and all policies are built around the National Skills Development Strategy and the objectives of government (the Dept. of Labour and the Dept. Of Education, the SETAs and learning institutions, as well as accredited service providers).
